Overview:

Spiritual Formation are classes designed to advance our vision of Build. Develop. Win. For The Kingdom. We embrace the importance of teaching God’s word and of developing the congregation into more effective and spiritually-empowered champions of change for the Kingdom of God. We offer classes throughout the year designed to build community; develop men, women, and children and win families to the Kingdom.

From an in-depth series on contemporary topics in Christian living to lessons from the international Sunday School format to structured courses in basic theology, the teaching ministry at St. James is dynamic, relevant, and Christ-filled. Our purpose is consistent with the guidance found in Ephesians 4: 11-13:11 So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up 13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
