Christian Education: Our mission is to build people and not programs through the uncompromised Word of God. Ministries include: Congregational Bible Study, Ministers/Deacons Training, Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, Leadership Development, College Ministry and New Members/New Converts.

Community Fellowship & Hospitality: Our mission is to ensure our identity in Christ includes the aspect that we are also “individually members of one another.” We cannot ignore our union with other believers and still live out our new identity in Christ through fellowship, sharing, partnership, communion and being partners in the Gospel. Ministries include: Visitor’s Welcome Program, New Member’s Welcome Program, Hospitality/Church Fellowships, Health/Wellness and Community Outreach.

Deacons/Deaconess: Our mission is to authentically serve in the capacity of New Testament Deacons. Serving the Lord by conducting the caring ministry of the church-doing the benevolence work, visiting the sick, being alert to the spiritual needs of the congregation-for the purposes of freeing the pastoral staff to focus on prayer and the ministry of the Word, promoting unity within the church, and facilitating the spread of the gospel.

Evangelism/Mission: Our mission is to see God add the unsaved and unchurched to God’s kingdom. Working under the auspice of the Holy Spirit and the Great Commission to reach Northwest Arkansas and the world for Christ. Ministries include: Evangelistic outreach, Mission (local and foreign), Jail/Prison, Hospital Visitations and Intercessory Prayer.

Family Development: Our mission is to sustain and rebuild the family structure by assisting the family holistically in the home and community by joining them in partnership to seek and accomplish the will of God for their family and lives. Ministry includes: Family, Marriage/Couples, Men, Women of Worship (WOW), Singles and Young Adults (SYA) and Seniors.

Music/Arts: Our mission is to provide an environment for active spirit guided response to God’s greatness through Praise and Worship. We seek to invoke holistic and authentic sensitivity to the guiding of the Holy Spirit through music and arts. Ministries include: Sanctuary Choir, Mass Choir, Youth Choir, Liturgical/Praise Teams, Theatre, Musicians, MIME Team and Flag Girls.

Special Events: Our mission is to create, plan, develop and implement all church special events. In addition, to collaborate and assist with the development of new programs, conferences and workshops, seminars and church trips. Ministries include: Church Appreciation, Church Calendar, Church Surveys, Church Anniversary, Annual Church Trips, Retreats/Conferences, and Pastor’s Anniversary.

Trustees: Our mission is to ensure that the church is fiscally responsible in all financial matters. They serve as legal guardians of the church involving the sale, mortgaging, purchase, rental of property or to other legal documents where the signatures of the Trustees are required. Ministries include: Church Budget, Church Finance, Property Management and Treasurers.

Ushers: Our mission is to assist in ushering the presence of God during the Worship experience by offering assistance wherever needed. We are the front line warriors ensuring that congregants are greeted, seated and prepared for worship. Ministries include: Nursing.

Youth Development: Our mission is to enrich the lives of our youth in an environment that provides development through a spirit led and comprehensive ministry of the Word of God, while involving them in Christian recreational activities. Ministries include: Kings Kidz Children Church, Ablaize Youth, the J.A. Hawkins Educational Assistance Program and Youth Bible Study.
